History
Opening in the Summer of 2005, Bisque Restaurant has established itself as the premier dining experience on Long Beach Island. From our friendly and dedicated staff, to our innovative and eclectic menu, and our attention to every detail that goes into your experience with us, Bisque Restaurant has developed a highly respectable reputation for being defined as quality. In May of 2010, after five summers in Beach Haven Crest, Bisque Restaurant moved to its current location in Ship Bottom.
